Ms. Patricia O’Neill – Pre-K Teacher

The proud mother of two sons who received her CDA certifications from Union County College has been with the center since 2006. Patricia O’Neill have lived in Union/Essex county all her life and is determine to make a difference in community through her dedication to the children she comes into contact with. Ms. O’Neill has had an extensive history in the Education industry where she has previously been employed by UTCAO Headstart for a number a years teaching children between the ages of 3 to 4 years old. “I really enjoy working with children. It really makes a difference in my life to see how I can make a difference in each child that I teach. I love children and feel as though I am a caring and loving person who will make children feel good about themselves."

Ms. Berta Cespedes - Infant Teacher

Ms. Berta has completed and received her CDA certification from Las Casa De Hispania and has been working with Little Rascals since 2013. Ms. Berta sees all the kids in the center as an extension of her own children and loves them as her own.

Ms. Maisner Fernandez – Toddler Teacher

Ms. Franco also a native of Columbia is a mother of three. Back in Columbia, Ms. Franco worked as a Teacher’s Assistant for a elementary school for a few years and realized that working with children is her passion and she would love to continue to do so for as long as possible. “I realize how much l care and how much love I have for children…. I couldn’t believe how deep a teacher’s assistant can influence his/her students’ lives.” Ms. Franco has seen received her CDA certification from Union County College. “When it comes to work and working with children, I get great satisfaction to provide them with support, care and education. I believe this is my passion and will ever be.”

Ms. Karen Ralda - Infant/Toddler Teacher Assistant

Ms. Karen has completed and received her CDA certification from Las Casa De Hispania and has been working with Little Rascals since 2010.
